Who this is

Falcone Creative Services is an independent creative studio run by Paul Falcone in Auburn, Massachusetts. When this page says “I” or “me,” that’s who it means.

What this site collects

  • When you send a message. The contact form asks for your name, email, and what you’re working on, plus your company and who referred you if you choose to share them. The form is delivered to my inbox through a service called Web3Forms.
  • When you join the newsletter. Your first name, last name, and email address are stored in Mailchimp, which sends the newsletter.
  • When you browse. Google Analytics records things like which pages you visit, how you found the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or country). It uses cookies to do this. It doesn’t tell me who you are.
  • Display settings. If you change the cursor or motion settings, that choice is saved in your own browser. It is never sent to me or anyone else.

Other services the site relies on

A few pieces of the site load from other companies, and like most websites, their servers see your IP address when they do:

  • The site is hosted on GitHub Pages.
  • Fonts load from Google Fonts.
  • Project videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies once you play a video.
  • Reel videos are stored on Cloudflare.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

How I use it

To reply to your message, to send the newsletter you signed up for, and to understand which pages are useful so I can improve the site. That’s it.

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for advertising.

How long I keep it

Messages stay in my email for as long as they’re useful for our conversation and my business records. Newsletter details stay in Mailchimp until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.

Your choices

  • Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • You can ask what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by sending a message through the contact page.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
